Return & Refund Policy

At PrintMyDrawings.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality architectural, engineering, and construction prints. We do not accept returns because each order is custom-printed to your specifications. However, we’re committed to ensuring every order meets your expectations.

NO RETURNS ON PRINT ORDERS

All blueprints, drawings, renderings, and construction documents are printed on demand. As such, we do not accept returns unless there was an error on our part.

CONDITIONAL RETURNS ON SUPPLIES

We do our best to ensure our supplies are of the best quality. If your order includes supplies or you have questions regarding supplies, please reach out to support via print@printmydrawings.com or live chat. 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an order that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect (wrong size, missing pages, misprints, etc.)

  • Printed with noticeable defects not caused by the uploaded file

  • Defective supplies

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing print@printmydrawings.com with the following –

  • Your Order Number

  • Photos of the issue (damaged packaging, incorrect prints, etc.)

  • A description of the problem

Resolution Options:

  • We will reprint and ship the corrected order at no extra charge.

  • In some cases, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion.

  • For unopened supplies packages, we will offer a full refund.

CUSTOMER FILE RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Uploaded files are correct, properly scaled, and final

  • Fonts, line weights, and image resolution meet printing standards

We do not offer refunds or free reprints for issues arising from customer file errors such as:

  • Incorrect page orientation
  • Low resolution
  • Design or formatting mistakes

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of submission, provided printing has not yet started. Contact us immediately at print@printmydrawings.com or initiate a support live chat.

REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
